You pay for sessions in arrears via PayPal (if you are in Sweden, invoice and Swish also works).

IFS Therapy online or in Stockholm

Sessions are held online, or in person in Stockholm, Sweden.

I am based in Central European Time (CET), but meet clients from all over the world. Sessions can be held in English or Swedish. Welcome to contact me if you have questions or wish to book a session. I normally respond within a day or two.

Sessions are normally 60 minutes for individual therapy and 90 minutes for couples. However, I always leave space for additional time to allow the process to land well.
